Answer: One depot of the normal e-cigarette and e-cigar equals approx. 1-2 packets of normal cigarettes. In case of SLIM around 15 normal cigarettes.

3. Question: Can I use the depots also for the RUYAN cigar?
Answer: Yes, the depot of PEN e-cigarette is also usable for Ruyan cigar.

4. Question: Where can I enter special wishes, like for example exact strength and quantity of Nicotine depots?
Answer: Please do this at the end of your order: Notes for this order.

5. Question: How do I use the liquid?

How do I refill the SLIM cartridge (depot) with liquid?
1. Smoke the depot always to the end.
2. Take away the depot from the SLIM and press with a paper clip or similar in the small hole until a small refill depot emerges.
3. Dry used depots with a handkerchief or put the small refill depot and the inside of the main depot. With a new depot the cleansing process is not needed.
4. Put the provided needle firmly on the open post filling bottle and follow the white  felt with the needle down to the ground of the depot and by pressing it to the bottle fill in very carefully.
5. Return the small refill depot to the main depot and return this completely to the SLIM.

How do I refill the E-Cigar/Cigarette PEN with liquid?
If the depot is empty or almost empty, fill it with a half full Pipette and wait 3-5 minutes until the liquid has settled.
If it is a new Depot, please fill it like the Slim.
Please do not overfill since this harms the e-cigarette/cigar.
For reasons of hygiene please do not refill the nicotine depot more than 2–3 times.
