Conditions of Use

1. Placing an order

When a private customer is placing an order with Electric-cigarette-shop.com, only the following terms of sales are valid.

2. Order and Right to withdraw

Electric-cigarette-shop.com accepts under the following conditions and order of a  private customer which is received through this site.

If this site contains any mistakes made through an oversight concerning product descriptions or prices, electric-cigarette-shop.com reserves itself the right to withdraw.

If the ordered products can not be delivered by the manufacturer or supplier, electric-cigarette-shop.com is justified to offer the customer an alternative brand or to withdraw from the sales contract.

In case of withdrawing the customer will get back his pre-payment immediately. A claim for damages is excluded.

3. Product delivery

The orderer has to be 18 years old.

by disregard of this legal regulation Electric-cigarette-shop.com reserves itself the right to refuse the requested delivery.

The products will be made ready for the use  in Spain or Germany and than handed over to the forwarding agent.

With handing over the goods to the carrier the sales contract has been fulfilled by electric-cigarette-shop.com.

The assigned carrier is responsible for the regular delivery to the recipient as desired by the orderer. The products will be handed over to the assigned carrier in Spain or Germany.

4. Payments

When ordering our products the entire purchase price is due in advance.

The payment is to be effected by banker’s  transfer or by Paypal to the account stated in the order confirmation.

The delivery of the products will be effected after complete receipt of payment.

5. Right of return

Every customer can send back the product within 7 days by stating the reasons (carriage payed  by the customer) and gets back the money after the product has arrived us. In addition you simply send within 7 days an email to us and we give you the corresponding address.

Products made to specifications (e.g., designer cigars) are excluded from this regulation.

6. Warranty

If electric-cigarette-shop.com is responsible for a faulty order, electric-cigarette-shop.com has the right to either correct the failure or to supply a replacement by its own decision.

If electric-cigarette-shop.com is not in the position or not prepared to correct the justifiable failure or to supply a replacement, the orderer can withdraw the contract.

Before resigning the contract, the orderer has to hold an appropriate deadline.
Only after an effectless appropriate deadline, the sales contract is considered to be  void.

Damages are excluded.

7. Privacy

Electric-cigarette-shop.com makes a commitment to the orderer to use the personal data which is necessary for completion of the order only for purposes of the order as well as for customer information which includes the newsletter sent by email regularly.

The orderer agrees to this regulation expressly.
